Developed for those who already have a basic energetic understanding and wish to develop their counselling skills and understand more about the psychology of the individual, this is the first nationally accredited counselling course in the country aimed specifically at the needs of those who work in the healing professions. Facilitated by a senior tutor of the College who has been working as a counsellor and psychotherapist for over 20 years, the course gives students a thorough grounding in the use of counselling skills including an understanding of some of the key theoretical models.

There is an in-depth exploration of the connection between mental, and emotional states and how they manifest on the physical plane together with an understanding of sub-personalities and how to integrate the whole personality with the higher self. The workshop also explores the archetypal figure of the Wounded Healer and students are encouraged to look at their own wounding within this model, there by enabling their own healing through the process.

Run over 9 weekends, on a monthly basis, accreditation is gained through completion of relevant course material, including comprehension essays and written case studies. Accreditation is by the Open College Network to level 3.
