Self Care, Self Healing - Workshops for everyone

These courses are beginner level and run by members of our college at many venues throughout England and Wales (Scotland courses may be run as well where there is enough interest) including Malvern, Watford, Stratford-upon-Avon, Bournemouth, Birmingham, London, Tamworth,  Loughborough, Nottingham and Leicester; please see course dates and venues below.

Learn and use energetic and spiritual skills and tools to make a difference to your life; to feel more in control in challenging situations. Our relationships can reflect back to us more about ourselves than we realise; when we are sad or angry about something what does this really tell us about ourselves? We can feel more protected and fell more safe as we explore these new energetic and spiritual perspectives and use these new skills. A positive attitude and outlook is hugely empowering for us all.

Our tutors are all experienced and have been College of Healing graduates for some years and have used these simple yet life changing skills themselves in their everyday life; and have made many positive changes to their own lives along the way.
