Sarah Cowell They say everyone comes to the College when they are ready… that is true of me. There was a 10 year gap between taking the Foundation course and finishing the Practitioner course. Since then I have continued studying towards my Diploma and I also run my own healing practice, working one to one with people. I regularly run the Foundation courses, and enjoy seeing people develop and grow. I have been part of the COH Advanced Healing and Negative Energy group since early 2018. I am a passionate member of the College, I believe we can all learn about healing regardless of the challenges life gives. Each small change we make helps not only ourselves but our community and our planet.
