By attending this course, you will be able to begin your practice of facilitating a Foundation Course.
A Certificate from the Practitioner Course, or the equivalent, is required to attend.
Aims
This two-day course will give Facilitators the confidence to deliver the Foundation Course within a secure and structured framework as set out within the College of Healing Foundation Guidelines.
The Facilitators will be given guidance on how to set the energy and safe space for a group as taught by The College of Healing, and an introduction to Group Dynamics.
The Days at a Glance
Day One
Am Discussions on the general requirements needed to facilitate this course * Physicality requirements * Entry requirements * Creating a Safe Space (practise demonstrating this technique)
Pm The importance of Grounding * How Visualisations can work for you (Practise a visualisation for the group) * How to set the intention for attracting students to your course. * How to create a safe space and maintain the energy flow throughout the course.
Day Two
Am How to look after self throughout the course * Looking for the shadow within the group / Who is expressing it and how to contain it? * A brief glimpse of the Transpersonal Analysis for group dynamics

Pm Group exercises on teaching the grounding / protection skills to others * Mentoring and Peer Support * Question and Answer time
