This workshop offers you the time and space to listen to your spiritual self; you will already have a basic knowledge of the aura and chakras.

We start with a Guided meditation helping you to become more grounded and centred and increase your protection. Using nature as our messenger we walk outside with a ready prepared clear question for which we seek a clear answer; being open and allowing an answer from our higher self. We gain more insight as we discuss our experiences with the group.

We will explore our spiritual matrix by discussing and exploring the aura and the chakras and how they work together to help to keep us in balance. We will put this knowledge into practical use by being aware of another person’s aura. What do we think we are actually sensing? What is this telling us?

We will look at a selection of the many styles of cards used for inspiration and guidance and ways to use them followed by a Guided meditation; using some of these cards to ask your guiding principle (higher self) for a symbol. We will use this symbol for insight into the situation you are asking for help with.
